RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
For a full refund to your original payment method, you have 30 days from the date your order is shipped to send your return by mail given the item(s) are unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please email us at lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com to receive a return label. A shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the total refund to your original form of payment. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable). It may take up to 10-14 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
For exchanges, we ask that you return the original item and place another order for the new item. We will credit you on your original form of payment once the item has been received.

How To Start A Return
STEP 1: Get a return label
Email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com to receive a return label.
STEP 2: Bag it up
Package up your return in its original shipping box or a new box.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (separate from the shipping box) to receive a full refund.
STEP 3: Print your label
Print your return label and attach it to your package.
STEP 4: Drop it off
Drop off your return to the designated courier.

Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the day the order is shipped to return an item. Email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com to initiate a return.
What condition does the item need to be in to qualify for a return?
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (gift box with ribbon) to qualify for a return. If any of these are not met, a refund will not be issued.
Can I still return an item after the 30 days?
Items can be returned after the 30 days but no refund will be issued.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure all personalized information is correct before placing an order. Items that were made incorrectly by the vendor but have the correct information on the order can be replaced. Please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com for more details.
Will I be notified when my return has been processed?
Yes, you will receive an email when the order has been refunded.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds may take 10-14 days to appear on your statement. If you do not see your refund after this timeframe, email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com to ensure the refund was initiated.
Do I need to use the original packaging to return an item?
No, you can use any shipping box to send your return back to us.

Exchanges
How can I exchange an item?
For exchanges, we ask that you return the original item and place another order for the new item. We will credit you on your original form of payment for the returned item once it has been received.

How long do exchanges take?
We will ship out an exchanged item within 2-3 days of receiving the original item.
What if I received the wrong item? How can I exchange it for the correct one?
If you received the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost to you. Please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com to initiate the exchange for your correct item.
