What is a bullet journal?
A bullet journal is a customizable organizational system designed to help people plan, reflect, and stay creative. Created by Ryder Carroll, the system combines aspects of a planner, diary, and to-do list, while offering flexibility to adapt to individual needs. You only need a dotted notebook and pen to start, making it accessible and easy to personalize!
Do I need specific tools or supplies to start bullet journaling?
You only need a dotted notebook and pen to start bullet journaling! Many people also use fineliner pens, markers, washi tape, stickers, and highlighters to create their spreads.
What type of journals do you offer?
We currently only offer a dotted journal. More varieties of journals (lined, blank, grid, etc.) will be available in the near future!
Are your journals suitable for fountain pens and markers?
Absolutely! Our 160 GSM premium paper is perfect for any type of writing medium. You can layer markers and still not have any bleeding or ghosting.
Do you provide tips or guides for bullet journaling?

Order Issues
I signed up for the email list but didn't receive the discount code.
Please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email please contact us at lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com. The discount code will only be sent once the first time you sign up for the email list.
How do I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com with your order number and request for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to go through the return process (see Returns and Exchanges page for more information). Personalized items are not returnable or refundable.
I placed an order and need to update my shipping address.

My tracking says the order was delivered but I have not received it.
Often times the carrier states the order was delivered and it ends up arriving 1-2 days later. If your order has not arrived within a few days please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com with your order number.
I received the wrong item.
If you received the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost to you. Please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com to initiate the exchange for your correct item.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete.
Please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com for any issues regarding your order. We will always make sure you get what you order and will gladly fix anything that may have arrived incorrect or incomplete at no extra cost to you.
Personalized Items
How do I update the information for a personalized order?
Please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com about any changes to personalized orders. Be sure to include the order number and specifics about what needs to be changed.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days of the order being placed, and once they are in production changes will not be able to be made.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure all personalized information is correct before placing an order. Items that were made incorrectly by VOIR but have the correct information on the order can however be replaced. Please email lauren.sivak@voirplanners.com for more details.
Do you offer personalized layouts or pre-designed templates?
We don't currently offer pre-designed layouts for our journals, but have plans to include these options in the future.

Shipping + Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to a variety of countries internationally.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days of purchase and shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on location and shipping option selected at checkout, but most US orders are delivered within 3-5 days after shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for all US orders over $100 and international orders over $150.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of the order ship date. Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. See Returns and Exchanges page for more information and FAQs.
Do you provide tracking information for orders?
Yes! Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
